Winery Rental

1.  A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to book the event. The balance is due on the day of the event.

2.   We can seat 35 to 40 comfortably. If additional tables and chairs are required, the cost is $10.00 for each additional 5 foot round table with  5 chairs.

3.   To rent the winery during business hours, where the doors are open for outside trade and more than 15 people, the cost is $50.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours.

4. To rent the winery after business hours, the cost is $50.00 per hour, minimum 2 hours. We will only open until 10 pm on Tues-Sat and until 9 pm on Sunday

5.   Wine tasting is included in rental of the winery. Tastings are usually formalized and include a shortened list of about 10 wines and a small talk on wine.

6.  Winery rental is available Tuesdays through Sundays. Winery is closed on Mondays.

7. Please book the event at least 2 weeks in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

8.   CD music can be brought in and played on our system.

9. All setups such as tablecloths, flatware, cups, napkins, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. GIW doesn’t furnish these items.

10.  Chaffing dish racks are available at no charge, but please bring your own cans of heat.

    11.Catering is arranged by you. Space is available to set up a ‘buffet’
