Wine 101 Series Classes

Wine 101 series classes will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about wine.  In the first class, learn to taste wine like a pro.  The second class teaches you about the basics of food and wine pairing.  The third class will take you beyond tasting and pairing - you will learn about purchasing, storing and serving wine.  You will also learn about wine faults, what they are, how to avoid them, and what to do about them.

Classes can be taken individually or as a series.  The series of 3 classes will be repeated in January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November, and December.  The classes will be on Tuesdays each week from 6pm to 8pm.  There are 20 seats available for each class, on first come first served basis.  In addition, the first class will be offered every Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm.

The first class is $30 per person.  The second class is $35 per person, and the third class is $30 per person.  Sign up for all three classes at once and receive a 15% discount.  Sign up as a couple and receive a 5% discount.  So sign up as a couple for the series for only $152.

The first class, Tasting Wine Like a Pro, includes free wine sampling and a logo tasting glass from the winery.  The second class, The Basics of Food and Wine Pairing, includes free wine sampling and food.  The third class, Beyond Food and Wine Pairing, What’s Next? Includes free wine sampling. Reserve your seats now, as seating is limited.
